BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method), is the world's longest-established method of assessing, rating and certifying the sustainability of buildings.

Focus ED is a licensed BREEAM company with experienced BREEAM assessors covering the following schemes:

  • BREEAM UK- New Construction 2018 and V6

  • BREEAM UK- Data Centres 2010

  • BREEAM International 2016

  • BREEAM UK- Refurbishment and Fit Out (RFO) 2014

WELL AP

WELL AP

The WELL Building Standard is a science-based certification scheme that evaluates the impact of buildings' design, construction and operations on the health and well-being of occupants.

As a licensed WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP), we are able to:

  • Support the design team to develop targets and strategies in line with the health and well-being aspirations of the project.

  • Perform the WELL assessor responsibilities of the project, including documentation review, performance verification and final report submission for certification.

BREEAM AP

The BREEAM AP (Advisory Professional) guides the client, design and construction team across the relevant BREEAM schemes as a recognised sustainability professional and champion.

The BREEAM AP facilitate project teams to schedule activities, set priorities and negotiate the trade-offs required to achieve BREEAM targets and sustainability goals.

A BREEAM AP on board will help award up to six BREEAM credits (dependent on the project scheme).
